About Me
I’m your normal, average-Joe, in decent shape. Before starting Insanity I had been spending about 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week at the gym doing traditional workouts (resistance training + cardio). I managed to lose 25 lbs during the first year. However, like many do I plateaued and stopped making progress. I started researching fitness programs and after talking to friends, reading blogs, watching infomercials and doing some soul-searching I decided it was time to challenge myself again and I purchased Insanity. This site is all about what has happened since. Hope you enjoy it.
